The room I stayed in was pretty basic, with inadequate heating, making it quite cold at night. No hot water was available for showers, which meant tough mornings. The food was repetitive and bland, leaving much to be desired for meals. The bar was only outdoors, which was less than ideal given the chilly November weather. The indoor swimming pool was completely packed with groups of kids during our stay, so I couldn't take advantage of that. Also, the lack of variety in breakfast options became monotonous over my five nights. Lastly, some areas felt a bit rundown, with maintenance issues apparent throughout.

staying at bella italia sport village was a great experience. the outdoor pool with slides was a hit with the kids, and it was just a short walk to the beach. we also loved the 25-meter indoor pool with stunning views of the dolomites. plus, the food was always good for lunch and dinner!

However, our stay wasn't without issues. Our room lacked sufficient heating, and we faced cold nights without proper blankets. Getting hot water for showers was a challenge, which was disappointing.

It was just a fine choice for a short-term stay in Lignano Sabbiadoro with value for money. The room we had had a nice view of the surrounding area, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to ask about activities during your stay, especially if the weather is bad.

Great for sports enthusiasts

The gym facilities were solid and very useful for our training sessions we had every day. We even got to use the basketball courts which was a nice surprise.

It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable.
